Does this set include both incense sticks and cones? Yes. Nimu Village, Potala Palace and Chomolung Snow come as sticks. Lucky Zaki and Sera Serene come as cones.

Does trying a sample prove the incense is safe for me? No. Incense produces smoke, and natural materials do not guarantee tolerance. Choose a routine without burning fragrance if smoke is a concern.
